Need Cash? Sell Used Textbooks!
The economy has been hard on people around the country and the world for quite awhile now, and people are searching desperately for any and every possibility they can find to earn some extra cash. The job-market has pretty much dried up, and since everyone seems to be in the same situation, selling things are a bit difficult too. So what’s left? To be honest, we prize our possessions, so even the thought of pawning everything we own tends to be a literal last resort. After that, people usually give up. I know it’s sad to hear, and even sadder being that person.
This kind of economy doesn’t effect just one or two people, but it affects all of them in many ways that were unheard of in the better times. Business people, entertainers, and even students are feeling the crunch. It may seems like an unheard of concept since most students look at the job market and feel a bit helpless. It’s not as much of a stretch as some would think. Students, and former students have a bit of an advantage in situations like these. What a lot of these students and former students don’t realize, is that the majority of them have a good money-making opportunity that they rarely think of.
If you have been to school, or you are still in the process of going to school but have completed a little of it, then you more than likely have textbooks all over your house. Most of them aren’t even of use to you anymore. It’s a great time to take advantage and use them for more than just the knowledge they contain. This is a good chance to rent textbooks to others that can’t afford to buy them new, or to just outright sell used textbooks to the new students at a much cheaper price than they could get anywhere else.
It’s a great money-maker, and there are so many textbooks out of the typical price range for most students that when you sell used textbooks to them, you also become a bit of a hero. If you decide it’s a better option to rent textbooks out, it is good in a lot of different ways. The students that rent textbooks from you would more than likely prefer not to keep them when the school period is over, so it’s a win win situation for you! You will get the books back and be able to rent textbooks to the next group of students that comes along. They save money, and you create multiple streams of income for yourself. Each new group of students in, is a new sort of client for you. As long as the textbook you already own is still in use with the school, you will continue to make money.
Renting is not always the best option, as it does take a lot of follow up form you in terms of whether or not he textbook is still in use. It may be good to just out right sell used textbooks back to the school or to the bookstore where you bought them. A lot of times, when you go to a school bookstore, you will see a vast section of Used Textbooks. Guess what? That’s where they come from.
When a student starts a course, there is a certain budget for everything they will need to complete the term. A very large part of that budget goes to buying books necessary for classes. Nobody ever said they had to be new though. As you have probably already been able to determine, textbooks serve much more use than just the school term you need them for. Some students go back to them to re-learn what they learned the previous school term, and others utilize them for a source of financial income. Income for you, and a better alternative for the students coming into the new term makes the textbooks even more valuable.
So school is a place of learning and a place to move forward in the world with an education and an intelligence that can get you through even the worst of times. With the status of the economy as it has been for a few years now, this can be classified as one of those worst of times. For those that utilize textbooks not only to gain the knowledge necessary to move on from school level to school level, but to also give them a valid source of income from those very textbooks, those students are the ones who will truly excel later in life.
Once school is over, it’s time to put all of that knowledge to sue to give you and your future family a comfortable existence, but comfort isn’t always a possibility in time like these. However, for those that understand the viability of renting or selling used textbooks, it can help make the rough times more bearable. When all else fails, or just out for some extra cash, sell used textbooks.

SENT: Fri, Aug 8, 2008 at 1:08 PMDr. Greer,I think that it is great that you were able to take the time to look at my blog. I am sorry that my opinion of the situation seemedspecious and self-serving to you, please to not think that I had intended to insult the integrity of anyone on your council. If anything, I had hoped that my piece would inspire you to be a little clearer about the Advisory Council's project. Please feel free to write the Hall Institute an Op-Ed and spend perhaps 750 words or more explaining the project of the Advisory Council in a concise way that New Jerseyans will understand–I think letting people know what you are proposing and why you are proposing it is very important. We at the Hall Institute welcome all view points and because of your direct involvement with the deeper issues of higher education I think it would be great to have yours represented on our site. Also, this week there is sort of a higher education theme on the Institute's main site. Please feel free to respond to any of our higher education articles that are up this week or any that you find in our archives. All the best,Jarrett

I don't believe that she will learn anything by having the answers given to her.
You may "think" you are helping her but you are NOT.

Hi Ben, What you're most probably seeing here is refraction. If you search for photography and refraction, many great sites will come up.
Orbs are very easy to recreate, and the cheaper the camera, the better the orb pictures seem to be. Orbs can also be caused by rain, hair, etc.
There's a fantastic pdf on this subject from a group out East somewhere, and I've passed it along to many people who wonder about “orbs” and the paranormal. Enjoy:
