The Childhood Education Blowtorch

But there have been reports of adults visiting an area or a place that they never knew before, yet found it very familiar, only to discover they used to go there as a child or their mother used to frequent the area even before they were born. And yet, even if they tried to remember, they simply cannot recall any vivid memory of their presence there.

Scientists say that when a child is at the age of reasoning, from between 2 to 7, the child’s brain acts like a sponge. He or she absorbs everything around them, consciously or subconsciously.

This is the time frame in which the child’s third eye is still open and the child perceives the world from a different point of view through a different sense.

Child psychologists believe that it is during this time that parents must really watch what they do. How the parents speak, act, or go about their daily chores will be unknowingly absorbed by the child during these times. Even when the parents think their child is preoccupied with something else, there is no guarantee to the extent the child perceives and absorbs everything around them.

Researchers have proven that children running about in a room where a children education series was playing on a TV were still able to absorb the information coming from the TV as they wrestled, hustled and chased after each other. So parents have to watch out. What you say, the language you use, the tone you apply when you speak or argue with your spouse will be logged into your child’s subconscious mind even when you least expect it.
