Tips To Learn Spanish Quickly
Many people may feel Spanish is difficult if they’re not comfortable with learning languages. Perhaps you heard it’s best to learn Spanish because it’s an easy language. Actually, most languages are easy to learn. You just need to determine what learning tricks you’ll be using. There are many tips and suggestions to make your learning a lot easier. Here are a couple tricks you can use:
Hiring a tutor is a great idea. No question, CD’s and books can be very good. But a tutor can answer questions that often times a CD/book cannot. There’s nothing wrong with a CD, or book. However a tutor can provide the kind of help you may not receive from a book/CD. Tutors are generally fluent in what ever language they’re teaching. Any good tutor will be knowledgeable of the different dialects in the language.
There is probably no better way to become fluent in a new language than to go somewhere that forces you to speak it constantly. There would be no faster way to get fluent in Spanish, for example, than to spend time in a Spanish-speaking nation. If you live in a big city this might be an area of your own city. Of course, when you visit another country you don’t have the convenient option of using your native language if you feel like it. There are many people who claim that immersing themselves in the new language made them learn it faster than they could have any other way. But not everyone’s likes to be in such a high pressure situation. You will have to decide for yourself. Try to make yourself think in Spanish as much as possible. You have to use an internal translation process, where you take your thoughts from one language and put them into the new one. You will need to start slow with this. In your everyday life, consider how various phrases that occur to you would sound in Spanish. This is something you have to practice regularly to get comfortable with it. The more you do it, the more quickly your mind will be able to convert words into the new language. Before long you might find that you are thinking in Spanish without even making an effort to do so. If you know how to think in Spanish you can work on saying those thoughts out loud–the key to truly interacting in Spanish.
As you listen to Spanish, pay close attention to what is being spoken. This will improve your ‘hearing’ for it. Some languages have more of an oral-emphasized than written. If the language is ‘alive,’ then it will be important to learn how to listen to it. Knowing how to write the alphabet or how to write a correct sentence will only get you so far. You’ll still have to understand it when you hear it spoken. The best thing to do is listen to your language as much as you possibly can. You will know you’re on the right track when you can identify your language after hearing a few spoken words.
Learning a language does not have to be difficult. Remember, Spanish is not as hard to learn as many other languages, so it’s a good one to start learning. There are lots of ways to go about learning a new language. You don’t have to try something that doesn’t feel right to you; figure out which system seems best for you. When you find the program or strategy that you feel comfortable with, learning will be much simpler. Everyone had to start learning a language at some point; you too can become fluent in the language of your choice!
If you want to know much more info, you’ll need to think about searching for best way to learn Spanish. You will obtain numerous Spanish learning guide that can be found on the net at your disposal.

Lorie @ 12:55 pm:
I can so relate to this post. I live in rural Mississppi. I grew up out West (Las Vegas) and moved here 25 years ago. I love it, though.
I am enjoying exploring your blog.
One of our favorite places to get away is Helen, GA. Are you anywhere close to there?
My hubby speaks fluent Spanish, too. I read that you do on your about page.
Blessings,
Lorie
