Information On Dead Space 2 Game Play And Story Lines
Dead Space 2 is the sequel to the wildly successful survival horror game, Dead Space. It’s set in a futuristic world where a massive conspiracy in space takes place, complete with the undead and tons of weapons and abilities to unlock.
Dead Space had a plot that centered around a future environment that had space travel capability. In this world, there was an accident and people aboard a certain ship started turning into what appears to be zombies. The second installment, Dead Space 2, picks up a few months after the original story. The story instead gravitates around a space city instead of a space ship, and has a lot more to offer in terms of environment and fresh game play.
Few horror games have ever been able to make a multiplayer mode. Survival horror is usually centered around the solo experience, since it’s too hard to figure out a multiplayer experience that actually works and fits within the game play principles. Dead Space 2 accomplished this by allowing players to play as aliens and humans: pitting the two together to fight for domination or survival, depending on their preference.
One of the neat things about Dead Space was that it allowed players to upgrade the suit armor and weapons that the main character used. It also sought to give replay value for those who wanted to play the game again and get all the upgrades. The same functionality has returned in Dead Space 2, with a nice bonus: there are more upgrades, more weapons, and a ton of enemies to blast away with the new arsenal.
The original Dead Space has a very big problem: the environments were often indoors and very similar. The space ship was a dull metallic color, and it made the game a little less interesting as a result. The sequel has expansive environments that take place in a city. In short, it’s a massive upgrade from the halls and small rooms that players were accustomed to fighting in. There are now large worlds to explore and defeat alien foes in.
Survival horror games are spooky because the main character usually has to do everything without help. Whether you are taking down a horde of aliens or trying to escape with your life, often you don’t have any help from others. That’s something that has been changed in Dead Space 2: you can still expect lonely encounters, but also some with human interactions.
In Conclusion
Players will not be disappointed with Dead Space 2. It’s a fun “fight for your life” experience that has a rewarding upgrade system and fun multiplayer. It’s available for computer and all of the major consoles, although players are recommended to get the PC version if their computer can handle it.

DirectX is a program Microsoft uses…it's some sort of graphics handler. I'm not sure what it does or how it works, but I know that damn near every game out there uses/needs it. The most recent iteration, for Windows Vista, is v10. Windows XP users have v9.0c. Most games ship with the program already there, and the installer should check to make sure your PC has it; if it doesn't, then the installer should install it automatically as part of the installation process. (Bonus points for using 3 iterations of the word "install" in one sentence.
)
If the game CD/DVD doesn't have Direct X9.0c on it, then you should be able to find it without too much trouble. It's a free download from Microsoft. Run a Google search for it; I just did, and the first 5 links all look handy. Just make sure you get the most up-to-date version for your PC's version of Windows!

While we're on the subject of Game on! 21st Century Scholar, In earlier days, the most popular form of video games was computer games. Initially, computer games were essentially computer-controlled. Players would interact with the device to achieve predetermined targets and goals. Video games too are a form of computer games wherein a video display with interactive and vibrant visuals is the main focus. The display itself is designed to provide a player with feedback as the game continues.

Yes, video games make for lazy kids. I'm not saying don't let them play video games, but you have to keep them active as well. Get them involved in sports, soccer or baseball or football or something.
Kids that do nothing but watch tv, play xbox and surf the net are 10 times more likely to become overweight (which is a huge problem these days) causing sever health issues like childhood diabetes and heart disease. These kids are also more socially dysfunctional as they aren't interacting with other children and are basically missing out on their childhood.
If you are a child looking for a valid argument with your parents tough luck lol. And if you are a parent looking for someone to say that it's okay if you let your kid sit like a lump all day… well, good luck with that ha ha.
