The King Of Puzzles: Greater Than Sudoku
Everyone have heard of Sudoku and have probably tried to play it. Some with success and some with less success. This puzzle game has seen amazing growth worldwide and is still played by many millions daily. This extraordinary puzzle game originated in the Far East, but has exploded into a global phenomenon.
I find it quite challenging just to complete a regular game, but I do enjoy the challenge a lot. There are however versions of the game that are even more challenging. One of these versions is Greater Than Sudoku and it is a huge challenge. What makes this variation of the game so difficult is that in addition you also need to arrange all of the numbers according to the “greater than” symbols thrown into the mix.
If I lost you somewhere along the way and you have no idea of what I am talking about, I will quickly take a step back and tell you a little about how the standard version of the game is played. The playing area consists of 9 blocks grouped together in a square of 3 x 3 blocks.
There is a further 9 blocks in each of these blocks which are also arranged in a square of 3 x 3. The idea is to arrange the number 1 through 9 in each of the nine sets of smaller blocks. You also need to arrange all of these numbers vertically and horizontally as well. The biggest problem is that you need to arrange them all in such a way that there are no numbers repeated in any of the vertical or horizontal rows.
The addition of “greater than” symbols between all of the small blocks, really makes Greater Than Sudoku quite the challenge. It is just a lot more difficult when you try to arrange the numbers so as to avoid repetitions and you try to arrange them according to these “greater than” symbols as well. Although the game is a huge challenge and I struggle with it, I think I can offer a bit of advice that might help.
It is really a simple piece of advice, but works. If you want to get better at Greater Than Sudoku or any other advanced version of the game, you should just play the regular version more often. If you are able to understand the logic and resolve the simpler puzzles easily, you are halfway there.
You will need all the skills and luck you can get to solve the Greater Than Sudoku puzzle. It is definitely one of the most challenging Sudoku games you will ever play.

Here's the walkthroug in its simplest form:
1) Click the note on the floor to get the background to the game.
Open the locked drawer on the filing cabinet and get the ripped up note.
2) Click down by the side of the yellow filing cabinet to get a little silver key.
3) Click on the filing cabinet proper and collect blue screwdriver in the top drawer.
4) Click on the calendar and flick through it until December and note the guy's birthday.
5) Click the calendar again to reveal a secret panel on the wall.
6) Unscrew the screws with the red screwdriver and then open the wall safe with the silver key. Collect the zippo lighter.
7) Focus in on the clock and lift it up to reveal a gold key.
9) Focus in on the desk and using the guys birthday as the code open the padlock and get the snips. (remember to use the American format of the date)
10) Collect the other ripped up note from the bin and then solve both puzzles by moving the pieces around.
11) Focus in on the computer, the passwords are in the two ripped up notes. You need to put them side by side and then just read the three passwords off in a line (it's C3692, 6510 & QT4420)
12) In the computer menu you need to read the details of the safe mode which allows you to cut the wire to the Sensor. I think it's safe mode 2.
13) Start the safe mode and then you can cut the yellow wire without any ill effects.
14) Hold the zippo lighter to the smoke alarm on the ceiling. After a moment or two the fire alarm will go off.
15) You can now amuse youself by doing some of the pointless things.
16) After a couple of minutes you'll hear the approaching sirens of the fire service.
17) The firemen will then come and bang the door down (luckily the sensor is disarmed so the bomb will not go off) and rescue you.
Some of the pointless things you can do are:
1) Put the cross on the table by the candles, light the candle and pray.
2) Take the poison table and watch youself die!
3) Make some ice in the fridge.
4) Fill the cup with water.
5) Scratch your head about that leaking panel on the wall.
6) Turn the tap on the water pipes.
Good Luck! :]

With the GTS 450 and 4GB RAM, your PC should be a decent mainstream gamer. It should be able to play your favorite games up to high settings and high resolution.
