for toddlers and younger children? Any good websites? Do you let your kids write a Christmas list or do you surprise them?

Try that site. They have lots of educational games. You can request a catalog.
When my kids were smaller, we used to write Christmas lists. Now they’re 9 & 10 and they just email it to me.

BTW, my b-day is Feb.4th
