Where (on the internet) can I find some educational toys or even just ideas for a child under 1 year of age.?

Question by Terence: Where (on the internet) can I find some educational toys or even just ideas for a child under 1 year of age.?
I am living in China, so I can’t drop into the local Toys ‘R’ Us etc. My daughter needs something different for stimulation. She has plenty of songs from YouTube and the basic toys and books, but I can’t find anything that’s particularly challenging and educational.

El Presidente @ 8:58 pm:

Check FisherPrice. They have nice toys there.

mamablou21 @ 9:03 pm:

Toys R US has a website that offers free shipping at certain times of the year. If that doesnt help, maybe get some ideas from the website and check out ebay.com. Fisher-Price also has a website and has wonderful educational toys. From personal experience, I would say any of the Leap Frog toys (Leap Frog learning Center, Leap Pad for babies) are great. Good luck!

Mommy to Be @ 9:17 pm:

go onto ebay or something and look up Leap Frog toys. They have these plush frogs that do ABC’s and 123′s, perfect for someone her age. (all plush, no hard eye or small parts that can come off.)
